I used to run a personal blog on livejournal.com.(http://www.livejournal.com/users/veira) However China seems to prevent me from accessing the site any more. Whatever the actual reasons behind the non-accessibility were, I decided to start a new blog - The Multi Billion World. This essentially touches base with China and India, with the former being a great insight for me personally in the last 2 years.
In the last week, China has asked for the dollar to be replaced by another global currency standard. (imagine doing business transactions globally in RMB!) Many Indians too carry the dream of being able to pay in INR when they vacation in say Gold Coast or the Mediterranean, in the future! Whatever the future holds, 2009 will be a land mark year in terms of global power shift. Welcome to the Multi Billion World.
