Akhyl calls me up from London and asks for my shoe size...It was nice to get a pair of football boots along with the official English jersey. The boots have come approximately 10 years too late, since I dont play soccer on the play ground any longer.(or rather I play these days on the Mumbai roads) Nevertheless it was a nice gesture and now the ball is literally in my court on what I do with the brand new nike boots!
However I did use the jersey for my last Sunday nite's game. The game ended 6-5 with us winning the game through a golden goal. The game went on for around 2 hours and it was good to be sweating out really hard for the game.
Vishnu is getting posted in Cochin after spending a few years in the eastern part of the country. Hopefully the worms in the Cadburys would have been long gone by then! Vinay is back in Sydney and I think he will enjoy his current stint there. And more importantly make more money...
